Breakfast Cookies

Serves 8-10

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup Good Spread Salted Honey Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 dried currants or bittersweet chocolate chips

 

 

Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Then mix in the oats, peanut butter, and currants (or chocolate). Using a large tablespoon, spoon out batter onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cookies cool, eat, and enjoy!
