- 1 whole peeled and diced green apple
- 2 1/2 cups of quick oats
- 1 cup of golden raisins
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 cup low fat milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup honey banana Good Spread
- teaspoon cinnamon

In a large bowl, mix all ingredient together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve in bowl with fresh berries and almond slices.
